Zynvixs — Terms & Conditions (Detailed Explanation Version)
1) About Zynvixs Services
Zynvixs operates as a career support and profile marketing service designed to assist individuals in improving their job search outcomes. The services include job application support through platforms such as LinkedIn Easy Apply and similar portals, resume building and optimization to enhance professional presentation, LinkedIn profile management to improve visibility, recruiter outreach through structured email marketing (available in higher-tier plans), and interview preparation along with career grooming support.
It is important to clearly understand that Zynvixs does not function as an employer, recruitment agency, or staffing firm. The company does not hire candidates directly or place them into jobs. Instead, its role is limited to improving a candidate’s chances in the job market by enhancing visibility, optimizing profiles, and executing application strategies.
2) Plan Validity & Duration
All Zynvixs membership plans are structured as time-bound services with a validity of three months from the date of activation. Activation is defined as the point when payment has been successfully completed and the client has submitted all required documents, information, and access credentials necessary for service execution.
Even if a client delays in providing required inputs such as resume details or account access, the plan duration will continue from the activation date. This ensures that service timelines remain consistent and prevents indefinite delays in execution. Any exception to this rule must be formally approved in writing by Zynvixs.
3) Scope of Work (What Zynvixs Will Do)
The scope of services varies depending on the selected membership plan and defines exactly what Zynvixs is responsible for delivering.
The Bronze Plan focuses on foundational support, including job applications through Easy Apply, profile management, account handling, and job alerts. It is designed for candidates who need consistent application activity with basic support.
The Silver Plan expands on the Bronze Plan by adding profile editing, structured updates, job targeting assistance, and basic interview preparation. This plan helps candidates improve both their profile quality and interview readiness.
The Gold Plan offers advanced services, including LinkedIn profile management, handling of multiple job profiles, recruiter outreach through email marketing, AI-powered profile promotion, and career growth guidance. This plan is intended for candidates seeking higher visibility and more aggressive job search strategies.
The Platinum Plan provides the highest level of support, including two experts managing the profile, a day-by-day interview preparation plan, complete resume building and optimization, grooming sessions, and a dedicated account executive. This plan is designed for maximum support, consistency, and performance improvement.
Services are strictly limited to what is included in the selected plan. Any additional requests beyond the defined scope may require extra charges.
4) Job Applications — Service Rules
Zynvixs provides job application support by applying to relevant job opportunities on behalf of the client using platforms such as LinkedIn Easy Apply and other supported job portals. Applications are made based on the client’s profile, experience, and stated preferences.
However, it is essential to understand that Zynvixs does not control hiring decisions. All final decisions regarding interviews, shortlisting, and job offers are made solely by employers and recruiters.
Zynvixs does not guarantee interview calls, job offers, salary increases, or visa sponsorship. Job search outcomes depend on several external factors, including industry demand, candidate experience, geographic location, applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiter behavior, and overall profile quality.
5) Client Responsibilities
For effective service delivery, clients are required to actively participate and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes resume details, employment history, educational background, and job preferences such as role, location, and salary expectations.
Clients must also provide necessary access credentials (such as LinkedIn login or alternative access methods) and respond promptly to communication requests, ideally within 24–48 hours.
Failure to provide accurate information or timely responses may negatively impact service performance. Zynvixs is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading data provided by the client.
6) LinkedIn / Platform Account Handling
When clients share access to their LinkedIn or other job platform accounts, they grant authorization to Zynvixs to manage and operate those accounts strictly for service-related purposes. This may include profile optimization, content updates, and job applications.
Zynvixs will not intentionally modify sensitive account details such as email or password without prior approval. Clients are strongly advised to maintain ownership of their accounts and enable security measures such as two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect their accounts.
7) Recruiter Outreach / Email Marketing
For Gold and Platinum plans, Zynvixs conducts recruiter outreach through structured email marketing campaigns. This involves identifying relevant recruiters or hiring managers and sending professionally written messages to increase visibility and opportunities.
However, recruiter responses are not guaranteed. Some emails may not receive replies, may be ignored, or may be automatically filtered or rejected by systems. These outcomes are beyond the control of Zynvixs.
8) Interview Preparation Terms
Zynvixs provides interview preparation services that include guidance, mock interview sessions, feedback, and career grooming support. These services are designed to improve candidate confidence, communication skills, and interview performance.
Despite these efforts, Zynvixs does not guarantee interview selection or job offers, as final decisions are made by employers based on multiple factors.
9) Refund & Payment Policy
All payments made to Zynvixs are strictly non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun. This is because the services are time-based, resource-intensive, and involve active execution from the start.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, lack of interview calls, unfavorable market conditions, failure to attend interview sessions, or delays caused by the client.
In rare and exceptional situations, Zynvixs may choose to offer a service extension instead of a refund, at its sole discretion.
10) Plan Pausing / Freeze Policy
Zynvixs may allow temporary suspension or freezing of a plan under valid circumstances such as medical emergencies, examinations, or unavoidable personal situations.
Such requests must be formally approved in writing and are limited to a maximum duration of 15 to 30 days. Unauthorized pauses or inactivity do not qualify for extensions.
11) No Guarantee Clause
Zynvixs does not guarantee any specific results, including the number of job offers, number of interview calls, salary outcomes, selection in specific companies, visa sponsorship, or relocation approvals.
The company provides effort-based services aimed at improving opportunities, but outcomes depend on external factors beyond its control.
12) Confidentiality
Zynvixs is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information, including resumes, email details, LinkedIn profiles, personal documents, and interview-related data.
All such information is handled securely and used only for service delivery purposes.
13) Prohibited Activities
Clients are strictly prohibited from requesting or engaging in unethical or illegal activities, including the use of fake experience certificates, forged documents, or false information.
If a client is found engaging in such activities, Zynvixs reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without any refund.
14) Limitation of Liability
Zynvixs shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including platform bans or restrictions (such as LinkedIn limitations), recruiter non-responsiveness, changes in market conditions, or missed opportunities due to client negligence.
The company’s responsibility is limited to delivering services with professional effort and due diligence.
15) Contact & Support
Zynvixs provides support through official communication channels such as email and WhatsApp. Response times may vary depending on the client’s selected plan, with higher-tier plans generally receiving faster and more dedicated support.
